I must go to Fuji for grocery shopping, and the items I need to buy are as follows. A 5kg pack of rice, while radish, tofu, natto, yogurt, and a bunch of bananas.
This evening, there's a meeting to create a request document at the bakery near our condo.
My weight loss progress shows that I lose a kilogram every two weeks. I first logged my weight on Jan 7. Back then, the scale showed 62.6 kg and now it shows 59.4 kg. The total calorie deficit has accumulated to 41,000 kcal. In other words, it takes 13,000 kcal to lose a kilogram. Generally, losing a kilogram takes 7,000 kcal, so it looks like something is wrong with the calculation. I consider it to be aging. However, I think that if you have more muscle, the results will be different.
I haven't been doing anything to maintain my muscle mass except running. So I think my upper body has less muscle than in my younger days. However, I don't like strength training yet. I think that a muscular body and a low-fat-percentage body are hardly compatible.
